FAITH IN ACTION
Oversees stewardship, mission and evangelism. Provides opportunities for congregation to give monetarily and of its time & talents to mission programs. Volunteers are needed to provide and serve meals to the homeless, donate blood, donate food and clothing for the needy, support Presbyterian Village and Presbyterian Relief efforts, contribute to special offerings and deliver Minutes for Mission during Sunday worship. The Prayer Chain prays daily and specifically for those whose names are submitted as well as for the mission of the church in general.
CHURCH LIFE
Responsible for the overall spiritual growth of the church through worship and fellowship and care of members with special needs. Volunteers are needed to plan and work retreats and social events, host church suppers and Lenten meals, help assemble the monthly newsletter, put together a photo directory, decorate the church seasonally and take meal to members who are recuperating from illness or childbirth, or who have had a death in the family.
WORSHIP
Assist Pastor with special services, communion, order of worship, music, choir, flowers, physical arrangements, ushers, acolytes and greeters.
BUILDING & GROUNDS
Responsible for the ongoing care of our physical church structure and grounds, and facilitating smooth operation of church activities in all areas. Volunteers are needed to participate in regularly scheduled workdays, plan renovations and improvements, and help with repairs and maintenance on an ongoing basis.
